My Phit groups combines my two passions Phish & Healthy Living!
My monthly Phitness group coming up is for all PHISH PHANS! With Quarantine in place my group is a platform for all the Phans to unite, get healthy from our living rooms together. Once you enroll you you’ll get access to my private app where their are prompts for daily check- ins with like minded women from across the country. We will share our wins, struggles and goals each day.
I will plug you into my online wellness community and provide you with a guided workout plan & meal plan specific to YOUR goals. We will go into detail about this on our first coach 1:1 call.
What’s it all about?
Show up daily in your workout 20-30 minutes a day, check-in to the private app, follow the meal plan and watch your body change. Stop counting down the minutes, days, weeks, until the workout was finished and just give your all each day.
Whatever you do take care of your shoes!
